By using DONEORA, you agree to these Terms of Use and the DONEORA Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The App

DONEORA helps you create and organize tasks, dates, reminders, goals, focus sessions, and AI-generated planning suggestions. The app is provided for productivity and planning purposes only.

AI Features

DONEORA AI can generate task suggestions from text you provide. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated tasks before relying on them. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, or confidential information to the AI assistant.

Subscriptions

If DONEORA offers paid subscriptions, pricing, billing period, free-trial availability, renewal terms, cancellation, and refund handling are displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play during purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period, according to the rules shown by the store where you purchased. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. We do not process payment card details directly.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse DONEORA, interfere with the app or its servers, reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, use the app to violate any law or third-party rights, or attempt to abuse AI, subscription, or trial systems.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep DONEORA reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual Property

DONEORA, its design, branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the app only as permitted by these terms and applicable store terms.

Disclaimer

DONEORA is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the app or AI suggestions will meet every need, be error-free, or produce any specific productivity result.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DONEORA.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
